Little Rock, Arkansas – The Arkansas Department of Health is monitoring the spread of COVID-19 weekly.
According to the ADH website, as of Tuesday, Aug. 16, in the last 7 days there were:
• 6,289 new cases
• 918,576 total cases of COVID-19 in Arkansas
• 10,989 total active cases (-1,098)
• 895,527 recoveries
• 11,830 total deaths (+55)
• 332 currently hospitalized (-47)
• 19 on ventilators (+2)
• 4,305,542 vaccination doses give (+10,855)
• 288,577 partially immunized (+479)
• 1,655,996 fully immunized (+2,289)
• 7,338,097 tests reported
• 6,396,398 negative tests reported
